How many days does the rental price cover?
Rental prices are for one-day events and subject to charges for time out. Most prices include weekend rates though, due to scheduling we have to have event date for early set ups as well as scheduling to takedown your event afterwards. Please be sure to let us know if you are using the items more than once or just on your event date!
How much notice do I need to give before an event?
Normally reservations are made for an event 9 to 12 months prior to the Event. We do take reservations up to the date of your event, but items may be limited. You will want to get your initial order in as soon as you have an estimate of the number of guests attending. One of our staff will happily help you with your order. Orders are taken on a first-come basis; confirming your order with a deposit ensures items availability. By placing your order ahead of time, you are assured your items will be held.
How long does setup & takedown take?
Depending on your guest count and event size, your event can take from 1 hour to 2 or 3 days. Most weddings and corporate events are set up early due to decorating needs and the logistics of everything that goes into an event. Smaller parties can be setup the day of, or the day before. Your needs will be taken into consideration with scheduling of events in and outside the Louisville area.
Is customer pick-up available?
Yes, most items can be picked up. With most of the tents, however, we prefer to install. Installation is included in the price depending on the size tent ordered. There is a minimum order for delivery.
Which tents have center poles?
Pole tents are those tents which require a stake line around the perimeter and have center poles to hold the fabric in the air. The main difference is they are not a freestanding structure, as frame tents are. Pole tents are more affordable than frame tents due to lower labor cost and maintenance.
